Oasis has repeatedly warned the Company over the significant threat and opportunity of third-party maintenance in Japan, but changes have not been made, as they may impact Uchiyama-san’s relationships with presidents of other elevator companies – this is a major conflict-of-interest. We also call upon the independent directors to establish an independent third-party committee to investigate the details of the related party transactions with Uchiyama-san’s family entities to ensure that they were always truly arms length transactions and were not designed to benefit the Uchiyama family more than other shareholders.",
