      "text": "7.1. Fiscal Year. As of July 2014, the fiscal year runs from July 1 – June 30. 7.2. Annual Budget. The CCO shall develop an annual budget that details major expenditures by amount and type. This budget must be approved by the Steering Committee by a vote of eight with at least two affirmative votes from each sector. 7.3. Budgetary Revisions. The Chief Collaboration Officer has the ability to make budgetary changes up to $2,500 and the Executive Committee up to $10,000. Any change in excess of $10,000, or in the event of a controversial change, the Steering Committee shall consider the decision. 7.4. Statement of Nondiscrimination. The Steering Committee shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, ancestry, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operations.",
