Punishes you by not giving you hours if you have literally any unavailable time and aren't ready to do the footwork yourself to try and pick up shifts at other stores (where shift supervisors use borrowed partners for the worst jobs they can think of). The pay is trash and they WILL NOT help you fill out necessary forms if you are trying to get any state benefits or aide. Will schedule you for just shy of hours needed in a shift for breaks so they can squeeze every ounce of labor out of you they can without giving you a break.",

      "text": "I Wouldn't Recommend If You Need A Consistent Amount of Money - Shift Supervisor, Charlotte, NC (Feb 4, 2024) Pros: Usually great people, and they have great benefits! The free Bachelors through ASU is great! Pretty good pay too, especially with tenure. Cons: Very inconsistent hours, they constantly get cut, so pay is hard to keep consistent since you aren't consistently working full time. The company also cares very little for its employees now. They used to care a lot, but now even getting 20 hours to keep benefits is difficult. This also leads to being understaffed for volume of customers that stores receive. We also get verbally harassed on a daily basis over things we cannot control. The amount of times I have been screamed at at 6am is ridiculous. Quality control is honestly non existent in terms of product and machine and hardware reliability.",
