      "text": "Post quarter-end update:\nSingle Tenant Retail Portfolio: In June 2023, the Company executed an amendment to the leases that is effective July 1, 2023, applicable to all 24 properties. The amendment granted a rental abatement period of 15 months to the lessees. Additionally, the amendment modified the initial term of the lease to expire in June 2038 and contains renewal options for ten consecutive five-year terms. As of early July, all the properties are being marketed for sale.\nOffice Tower: We are under LOI to sell the property and hoping to close in the near term.",
