      "text": "Contract receivables and payables primarily represents underpayments and overpayments on certain contracts with reconciliation and risk corridor provisions driven by periods of varying utilization and transportation costs. In FY 2024, Modivcare has continued to navigate re-balancing of contract working capital following period of low utilization during COVID and high utilization as in-person health services have returned and processing of Medicaid redeterminations. In the third quarter, Modivcare collected gross amounts of $105M, which included approximately $85M of contribution from early settlements and retrospective prepayment resets. Expect these activities to continue across future quarters as Modivcare pushes towards a normalized state of net contract receivable and payable impact to working capital. In 4Q24 and 1H2025, Modivcare anticipates continued repayments to key clients to reduce payables balance and acceleration of receivables settlements.",
