The BoD's Corporate Culture and Responsibility Committee (the CCRC) is the body primarily responsible for corporate culture, responsibility, and sustainability. Certain CS sustainability governance bodies have been retired in 2023 and our aim is to achieve full integration of the relevant bodies, together with their associated procedures and policies, into the overall UBS Group sustainability governance during 2024",
