NVL-655 (150 mg QD): Complete clearance of ALK mutant alleles in ctDNA by 6 weeks. Partial Response by RECIST 1.1 (-36%) at 6 weeks, confirmed and persisting (-62%) at 20 weeks. Treatment well tolerated. Continues to receive NVL-655 for ~5 months with an ongoing PR.",
