      "text": "Experimental Design: 10-day old CBS knockout mice were dosed with pegtarviliase twice per week for 5 weeks to ensure they were able to grow to sufficient size for future blood sampling. Prior to a single subcutaneous dose of pegtarviliase, there was a two-week wash out. To ensure accurate tHcy assessment, an inhibitor of pegtarviliase was used in sample collection to block further in vitro metabolism of tHcy.",
