      "text": "Membership is core to everything we do. To better understand member behavior post COVID-19 we did our first global survey of members. Members unanimously feel that we bring communities together in beautiful spaces with great atmospheres. Members love our expansion; would like better service, broader food and event offerings. We had two further Soho House openings in Q3 – Balham and Copenhagen, two more expected in Q4 2022 – Miami Pool House and Stockholm. Optimizing annual new House target to 5-7 Houses, in line with signed pipeline for next three years, to increase focus on existing Houses.",
