In addition, and similar to LTIP 2021, a new issue of 1,212,450 reclassifiable, subordinated, incentive shares, divided into two classes, to the participants in Kinnevik's long-term share incentive plan resolved on by the AGM on 9 May 2022 were registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) during June 2022. During July, 265,742 incentive shares from LTIP 2019 were converted to Class B shares.",
