Pembrolizumab peak sales projections in adjuvant RCC = ~$1.2 billion. Mouse models (unpublished) have shown combo Rx benefit of Dovitinib and anti-PD-1. Pembrolizumab has shown clinical synergy with other TKIs like Lenvatinib (LENVIMA). Validated Dovitinib-DRP cDx developed for metastatic RCC will be used to select those patients most likely to benefit from the combination of Dovitinib and Pembrolizumab. DRP on label as mandatory companion Dx allows for drug pricing premium.",
