      "text": "SHP2 is a convergent node for upstream RTK signaling. SHP2 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase that activates KRAS signaling by dephosphorylating tyrosines. A SHP2i can block dephosphorylation to maintain GTP-bound KRAS in a \"dark state\" and thereby reduce RAS signaling. SHP2 inhibition is emerging as a backbone of combination therapy. Opportunities exist for combination approaches such as upstream ERAS-601 (SHP2i) and downstream ERAS-007 (ERKi) inhibition to achieve desired MAPKlamp or with other investigational or approved agents.",
