In line with our strategy, we continued to focus on facilitating our long-term customers' supply chains by alleviating bottlenecks and by increasing the capacity allocated to long term contracts. Total volumes in Q4 increased by 3.2% with headhaul volumes increasing by 4.6% driven by a 19% increase in North America and lower volumes on North-South. Backhaul volumes was nearly unchanged.",
