We believe regulators are now closing in, with meaningful enforcement actions likely in the near term. Such interventions carry the potential to materially impair Sinch's revenue, profitability, and valuation. In our view, the market significantly underappreciates these risks. We note that Sinch has not communicated the risks or recent regulatory intervention against the company to investors. Investors should carefully weigh the substantial downside presented by Sinch's exposure to the scam call ecosystem against any perceived growth opportunities.",
