The Qixinbao pages for both entities (Moxian Shenzhen and Moyi Shenzhen) showed no current or historical “recorded” share pledges, arguably the most important legal part of a valid or enforceable VIE structure. Furthermore, MOXC’s SEC filings contain none of the contracts that are typically included by companies who use this VIE structure, which is very common among China based, U.S. listed companies.",
