So, manual labor, yeah, split between about three or four different laboratories, inside of Twist.”\nQ: “Is it an automated liquid handling machine that’s basically filling up each of those plates?”\nA: “Yeah, it’s a combination of many automated liquid handlers being directed by humans and then plates being transferred from one lab into another lab.”\nQ: “How many humans does it take to fill all 96,000 of those chambers? How long does it take?”\nA: “Less than a day.”\nQ: “Does it take one person working all day to fill up all 96,000 of those wells in that chip or more than one person?”\nA: “Imagine 16 people with their own robots, and the robot is what’s handling the sample, and the person is just putting the plates on there and pressing buttons.”\nQ: “But how many times do they need to repeat that to fill up the whole plate?”\nA: “Each person is directed into their own job, into their own robot. And when they come in, they will work a 12-hour shift and do the same process over and over.”\nQ: “So, it takes 12 people to fill up all of the little holes in that 96,000 miniaturized well plate, and that takes about how many hours total for all 12 of those people?”\nA: “Assisted by robots, yes.
