      "text": "The ex-OCS Specialist stated every single organ was ultimately accepted and that “I never had a turn down,” no matter what the pump indicated for lactase, bile, or other biomarkers of viability – unsurprising, as TransMedics allegedly goes down its list of its aggressive customers until it finds one rapacious enough – perhaps Mayo Arizona, Houston Methodist, or Henry Ford – to transplant what more responsible centers won’t touch. The color is consistent with what we heard from surgeons who are high-volume users of the device and NOP service – that they have never seen TransMedics say “thumbs down” on an organ they went to retrieve. The specialist stated “they always wanted people to get people to accept the organ right away, and that is what it boiled down to...get it on the machine, and everything else was questionable...I never had a turn-down...I had thought that maybe people wouldn’t want my liver because it wasn’t putting much bile out, but they were like, no, we’re actually happy with this.”",
