Like they would come from, say, Tennessee or something. And there would be literally a sort of hotline from the procuring team there to this center in our region asking if they want an organ...the fact was these guys were clearly getting them not in a sequential orderly way that would have put them next up for that organ, but rather there were local turndowns by local recipient centers and then all of a sudden it became this kind of free for all. And so, it never diverted effectively; it just stopped being part of the formal allocation process. This kind of thing, I suspect, is actually happening much more frequently than we know...I think this is how some centers get ahead in their numbers.
