Is he viewed as a competent, ethical guy? It looks like he just kind of rode this horse, and their transplant volumes went through the roof.\"\nA: \"Yes. [Chuckles] I'm surprised, probably more than anybody, at their success with him at the helm but they've been very successful in growing a very big program.
