      "text": "We contracted an investigator for aerial drone surveillance, who took videos and photographs through the windows located at the top of Fab 4A on two separate days. We were curious if any clean room exists at all inside Fab 4A, similar to the photo of the large, new, bright-white, extensively-lit room shown in Lasertec's presentations. From the top of Fab 4A, the drone could see straight through to sunlit windows on the other side of the structure, which still looks exactly like a gymnasium. The interior looks like a large open space with an exposed scaffold ceiling for HVAC equipment, as one would expect for a large gym-type space. We saw no evidence of a large clean room like the one in Lasertec's photo.",

However, the entrance to Fab 4B indicates it is just an office space. Our investigators were able to easily look through the windows to \"Fab 4B\" to see the level of construction activity. They saw nothing but a ladder and a few pieces of wood on the floor, and no construction crews. No signs of progress for a fab are visible – not what one would expect if a major phase of construction began 8 months ago.",
