      "text": "In addition to key trial investigators, we interviewed twelve PWS specialists; most are endocrinologists, either adult, pediatric or both, and one is a nephrologist on a team of endocrinologists. Our sample is broad across geography and practice settings, representative, and captures the prevalent mood in the field toward Vykat, as the physicians we interviewed are highly-networked within the small world of PWS specialists and clinics, including: two Division Chiefs in endocrinology at well-known academic centers, who appear to know most of the investigators; endocrinologists at large, pre-eminent centers like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Massachusetts General/Harvard, Univ of Michigan; many of whom attended the recent Pediatric Endocrine Society annual conference, the key meeting for Soleno’s space and barometer of the drug’s chances, including one who played a leadership role at the society; as well as several physicians in private practice and community settings, which see a small fraction of PWS patients versus academic centers but whose in-depth knowledge of Vykat and extreme skepticism was nonetheless telling.",
