Thus, the first HbA1c and fasting glucose time series we found was from a May 16, 2024 publication by Gevers, Miller et al. It shows baseline levels, but fails to separate HbA1c by treatment group vs. placebo at the end of the 13-week phase 3 trial, providing a pooled average instead. A later chapter goes more in-depth, but for now the key point is that a new, second version of the same data was posted to Soleno’s site on July 14, 2025 (Shoemaker et al) – while we were mid-research.
