      "text": "Recently reviewed Vykat papers at a “journal review” with 8 endocrinology colleagues – stated that they were all highly skeptical of Vykat with no plans to prescribe; called Soleno a “one-trick pony” and was bewildered anyone would think to use diazoxide in PWS patients, dismissing Vykat as “bananas” and “Mickey Mouse”; extreme concern about diabetes, cardiac events, and fatal DKA; compared it to the Aduhelm debacle; and stated that generic diazoxide suspension is superior to Vykat’s tablet format – “more questions than answers.” He added that he spoke with Jennifer Miller at a recent conference – “obviously, they were trying to educate/sell the drug” - and that no families have asked about Vykat – “we’re not hearing a bunch” - and that they’ve refused to meet the drug rep – “they’d like to, but we’ve got limited time…”",
