      "text": "Trial investigator #5 stated that only 1 out of approximately 10 trial enrollees at the center even responded to Vykat and even that patient was barely a responder: “well, one [patient]...and I wouldn’t call it a wow response.” Even more damning, this “effect” was observed after the patient “must been on it at least a year and a half by that point” – a dubious response given the highly subjective and unreliable nature of the hyperphagia questionnaire. The investigator stated Vykat is not a blockbuster drug and is only “trying it” here and there because “we have nothing else.” The investigator indicated that other physicians “who are in town are, I think, very unlikely to go prescribing on their own...they’re probably going to ask me to do it.” We note the investigator is in a large metro area in a major state. The investigator basically stated the drug has no benefit in hyperphagia as it still requires restrictive food security measures, defeating its purpose: “not going to be helpful at all to the families who don’t have the ability to control the environment.”",
