I think so many times they had the weight as the objective measurement, but not hyperphagia, which is subjective. So, they’re basing so much on subjectivity. And that can vary from month to month, year to year. Your objectivity, you can’t artificially change your weight. It’s there, you know, BMI”\nQ: “When I looked at the BMI outcome, they said it was statistically significant, but it was trivial. It looked like not even a one kilogram reduction in the trial group. Like, am I reading that right? Was that the extent of the weight reduction?”\nA: “Yes, not that remarkable”\nQ: “That was literally the weight reduction that they said gave him stat sig?”\nA: “Yeah. it didn’t really change the weight. But there was more impact on that than the hyperphagia which was negative until they got into the square measures, and they got a statistician who did all this remarkable testing and, oh, we came up with something. So, I think they played with the data until they finally got something that worked. This is my opinion.” - Trial investigator and physician; one of the leading KOL’s in the PWS field",
