      "text": "Miller has built a franchise in the PWS space, running a clinical trial machine with a history of involvement with treatments we view as questionable. Virtually every trial investigator and endocrinologist we interviewed mentioned her outsized influence with a swath of PWS families across the US – these families tend to use their in-state PWS specialist, but with Miller involved behind the scenes from Florida. We see countless Miller videos on YouTube and social media, with PWS families talking her up in a highly adulatory manner - we note that several endocrinologists used the term “cult.” A ritual in this group of followers appears to be an annual pilgrimage to Gainesville. One family’s emotional video tribute - on a Univ. of Florida FB page, which leads us to wonder who wrote it: “Jennifer Miller...shines brightly as an inspiration...”",
