      "text": "One of Soleno’s key risks is its degree of dependence on a single physician: Jennifer Miller, a pediatric endocrinologist at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She was the lead investigator and, we have been told, the largest enroller in its studies; the lead author on its papers; its evangelist to patients and endocrinologists around the country; and, through these efforts, we suspect that she is the invisible hand fueling Soleno’s ~600 start forms to date – her profile page states she follows “over 500” PWS patients. The few endocrinologists we found willing to submit a meaningful number of start forms indicated they had been influenced by outreach from or conversations with Miller. Soleno and VYKAT XR’s dependence on one physician has little precedent in drug development – we think the drug may as well be called MILLER XR.",
