      "text": "We are observing a mother posting red-alert-level symptoms for a 5-year-old who has been on VYKAT XR for only 4-5 weeks, consistent with potential diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), a life-threatening emergency that can develop within hours. The blood sugar spike to 256 and heavy breathing is textbook, but follow-up posts say he’s just fine: “has been very sleepy, increased blood sugar levels, and respiratory problems when asleep...these symptoms are new since he double [sic] his dose...I’ve reported it to panther [Soleno’s specialty pharmacy] and keeping a close eye out if things persist we will unfortunately have to stop...safety first.” A few days later she indicated his blood glucose is already far above the prediabetes cutoff of 100; we note >125 indicates diabetes: “we are approaching week 5...[he] is 110-114 range!...when we entered week 3 and doubled his dose he had a spike to 256 and was very sleepy and was breathing heavily.” We repeat that this page concerns a 5-year-old.",
