      "text": "Our sense of dread has accelerated in the last 2 weeks, as we see oblivious parents reporting symptoms identical to creeping fluid retention. We don't think they realize the danger nor the speed with which the presentation they are sharing publicly can cascade into pulmonary edema and potential calamity. Glancing at their public FB feeds, we have doubts about the quality of medical care they may have access to. One of the most commented upon posts in the last week concerns a patient on week 1 of drug who is \"getting psychotic and very confused...I'm afraid we may not able to do this...not sure where things go from here...his blood pressure is 139/89 and heart rate stating irregular heart beat.\" High blood pressure is consistent with fluid backing up into tissue prior to the onset of pulmonary edema, while irregular heartbeat can indicate fluid has begun to enter the lungs, prior to full crisis. Investigators told us of two cases of psychosis in the trials; at least one allegedly required hospitalization.",
