Working backward, we infer that the child began VYKAT XR a week or two after commercial availability, when n=?. A third parent chimed in on Aug 8th to report her son spent 5 days in the hospital – “now we make weekly cardiology visits.” The parent indicates “weve [sic] been working a month now to get the fluid off” – which implies he was admitted no later than end of June. Working backward, we infer that this patient also started VYKAT XR in the first few weeks after availability, when n=?. A general rule of thumb is that only 10% of adverse events are reported. The actual number of hospitalizations may be much larger. We note that it took the second parent a week to notice the first post and report the same scenario; and it took the third parent 12 days after that. Thus, we are alarmed at the possibility of unreported kids in the ICU as we speak.",
