      "text": "レーザーテックは、すでに技術的に陳腐化している深紫外線装置を中心に、事業を展開している。にもかかわらず、極端紫外線装置の先端企業であるフリをしている。ウェハーの生産であろうと検査であろうと、どんな極端紫外線装置でもその基礎技術であり、最も肝心な部品は光源で、その他の部品は二の次だ。しかし、レーザーテックは自社で13.5ナノメートルの極端紫外線光源を開発したことがない。ASMLとは異なり、極端紫外線技術に関して、レーザーテックは自社での開発能力もなく、これというほどの知的財産もない。過大評価をされているだけで、他社の部品を取り扱うただの“組立屋”に過ぎない。レーザーテックはACTIS A150のために、当初は光源をウシオ電機から調達した。その光源は不良だったために失敗した。詳細は後述の通りだ。Isteqの技術を日本発のものと見せかけるために、光源の名称をUrashimaと変更した。しかし、その後、Isteqというロシア系の小規模研究開発事業とライセンス契約を結び、同社の光源の技術を採用した。この光源も致命的な問題を抱えており、大失敗に終わっている。",
