      "text": "2017年に極端紫外線方式の装置を初めて発売するまでの10年間、レーザーテックは売上高も株価も伸びなかった。最初の極端紫外線方式の商品は、13.5ナノメートルの光源でマスクブランクスを検査するABICS装置だ。この商品発売を機に同社の株価が伸びはじめた。これに続いて2019年、完成マスクを検査するACTIS A150装置の発売を機に、株価が暴騰する。ACTIS A150装置はレーザーテックの主力商品であり、株価の原動力だ。この製品の決定的な特徴は“史上初”で“市場で唯一”の「アクティニック」極端紫外線マスク検査装置という点だ。「アクティニック」とは、マスクを作成するために使う光と同じ波長の光を検査に使うことを指す。つまり、ACTIS A150はASMLの極端紫外線露光装置といっしょに使われるマスク（レチクル）を作成するために使われる13.5ナノメートルの光源を採用している。これを聞いてナイーブな投資家は、アクティニックのマスク検査装置の“独占体制”で“日本版ASML”だと早とちりした。この装置は高価な商品で、価格は1台につき4000万ドル～6000万ドル。ABICSは1台につき約2500万ドル。一方の深紫外線方式の装置については、マスクブランクス検査用のMAGICSは1台につき約600万ドル。完成マスク用のMATRICSは1台につき900万～1200万ドル。これらはスコーピオン・キャピタルによる推定価格であることを前提としておく。",
