      "text": "調査員は敷地内を自由自在に歩き回ることができた。用件を訊かれたり、退場するようにいわれたりすることは一度もなかった。あるとき、訪問中にFab 4Aの前で出荷する、シュリンクラップに包まれた装置をトラックに載せている場面に出くわした。立ち会いの従業員に挨拶をした上で、様子を立ち見した。その一連の作業を見たとき、Fab 4Aは名ばかりの「ファブ」で、あふれ返った完成品装置の置き場に過ぎないとの確信を得た。この写真に写っている装置は比較的小さいので、レーザーテック製の深紫外線あるいは極端紫外線のマスク検査装置ではないと思われる。のちに監視カメラで「MATRICS」（深紫外線マスク検査装置）が表示されている装置の出荷場面を捉えることができた。しかし、「ACTIS」（極端紫外線マスク検査装置）の入出荷は一度も感知されなかった。",
