      "text": "Fab 4aの中へ入ることはできなかった。しかし、装置の入出荷のために週に何回かシャッターが開閉する際に、クリーンルームといわれている大部屋に隣接したドックを覗き込むことができた。また、24時間の監視撮影により、Fab 4入口付近でのヒト・モノの流れを確認できた。その結果、Fab 4aは半導体業界のいわゆる「ファブ」でなく、装置の在庫の一時的な「置き場」であることが明らかになった。レーザーテック本社に在庫が溢れてかえっていることは、先述の通りだ。レーザーテックの資料に掲載されている内装の写真は真実だとしても、その中で研究開発、生産、組立、試験が本格的に行われているとは到底思えないような状況だ。会社側によると、第1期2023年6月に工事が終了したFab 4Aとは別に、レーザーテック・イノベーション・パークには「Fab 4B」という建物もある。レーザーテックが発表した第2期工事は2023年10月に始まり、この建物にクリーンルーム建設することになっている。しかし、現時点で、窓越しに1階の様子を見るかぎり、建材や梯などが置いてある空き室でしかない。日によって数名の建設作業員が出没することがあるものの、建設が順調に進んでいる気配はない。",
