      "text": "Isteqの研究開発部門における中心的な従業員からの情報が、レーザーテックが光源で難航していることについて、サイマーの元科学者の発言した内容の裏付けとなった。Isteqは先述の通り、現在レーザーテックが極端紫外線光源として使っているものを開発した、露・蘭の会社だ。昨今のロシアに対する制裁を免れる目的で、本店の登録をロシアからオランダに変更したが、元来はロシアの「Rnd-ISAN」あるいは「EUV Labs」という会社の子会社だ。Isteqは極小規模の研究機関で、リンクトインのプロフィールによれば、総従業員数は12名のみ。Rnd-ISANのウェブサイトは現在公開されていないが、インターネットアーカイブのウェイバックマシンによって保存されているバージョンには、「海外ではEUV Labsの子会社であるIsteqとして事業を展開している」との記載がある。Isteqの技術部隊に長年所属しているエンジニアが取材に応じてくれた。",
