      "text": "2023年11月に発表されたACTIS A300は、レーザーテックの次世代の極端紫外線マスク検査装置で将来の成長を牽引すると謳われているが、偽物だ。 “製品化„発表は茶番劇だった。前代機種でレーザーテックの看板商品であるACTIS A150に搭載されている、ウシオ製の光源が抱える致命的な問題を隠蔽するために仕組まれたものだ。極端紫外線マスク検査装置の最も肝心な部品である光源が不良という、重大な問題だ。レーザーテックはそのためにリコールに乗り出した。1台につき約1000万ドルの費用を抱え、Isteqという12名からなるロシア系研究開発事業から調達した代替品に取り替えた。Isteq製の光源が日本発であり、社内で開発された技術と見せかけるために「Urashima」と改名した。",
