In 2010, a “Dr. Haramandeep Singh dba Sleep Medicine Specialists of California” was one of several defendants named in a qui tam action pursuant to the False Claims Act. The primary defendant (not Singh) settled for $11MM with the DOJ, and claims against Singh and the other defendants appear to have been dismissed.",
