We spoke with 8 former territory managers, and they indicated the number was concealed from the field – “nowhere in the company was there anywhere you could go and find out if your patients were still on drug.” Reps resorted to asking their doctors, and the discontinuation rates “caused alarm” with “a lot of patients...dropping off.” Ex-territory managers estimated discontinuation rates as at least 50%, and one alleged that the chief commercial officer confirmed the figure in late 2021.",
