We begin with the entrance to Innovation Park which lays out a map of the complex, which consists of 5 buildings: 1) building A, an old three-story office building that is clearly not for R&D, and which appears mostly empty except for administrative personnel – not engineers – going in and out occasionally; 2) Building C, that appears empty except for a handful of clerical staff on the first floor; 3) Fab 4A, which looks like a gymnasium that is now supposedly a clean room and production facility that the company claims became operational in June 2023; 4) Fab 4B, which is the supposed “second phase of construction” but which has little such activity; and 5) Building S, which was a dormitory for the Toshiba Training Center and now appears unused.",
