While Nomura real estate and asset management companies may be separate legal entities, the web is murky: Lasertec shares a Supervisory Board member with Nomura Holdings Inc, which owns ~40% of Nomura Real Estate Holdings, the seller of the park; Nomura Asset Management is a top holder of both Lasertec and Nomura Real Estate Holdings; and so forth.",
