However, in a telling comment, the IR rep “laughed” at the amount of storage space Lasertec needs, per our consultant’s write-up: “The IR Rep laughed that Lasertec has needed to rent space ‘all over the map’ to store tools.” The rep further confirmed Fab 4A’s role as a storage facility for excess finished good inventory, consistent with photographic evidence from our investigators, who saw no R&D or production activity at Innovation Park but did see shrink-wrapped machines occasionally being moved into storage.",
