Let’s say former colleagues at my company who now work for other companies.”\nQ: “Are these customers Intel or TSMC?”\nA: “Yes. They were visiting in part because of some of the concerns we’ve talked about, quality concerns with the equipment, and to get a first-hand view of what is done at the factory to improve outgoing quality of the machines.”\nQ: “So, that’s like getting called to the principal’s office.”\nA: “Correct.”\nQ: “There are only three options for who that customer could be.”\nA: “Correct.”\nQ: “Are you able to say the company?”\nA: “Samsung and Intel. Two of the three.”\nQ: “So, you heard the same feedback from both Samsung and Intel. They went there, and they saw finished goods inventory.”\nA: “Correct. It was more than just somebody going there to complain.
