      "text": "An ex-Lasertec field service engineer provided us with particularly astonishing color on Intel’s actual, behind-the-scenes view of Lasertec. The engineer was until recently based full-time, on-site at Intel’s mask shop as part of nine field engineers servicing three Lasertec EUV tools. He was embedded with Intel staff and essentially their colleague. He stated “there was definitely a lot of frustration around” Lasertec’s system, and that Intel’s head of EUV mask inspection was so livid that “he got banned from a couple of meetings for blowing up on people” – we believe this to be the same person presenting the SPIE papers.",
