      "text": "Lasertec announced the ACTIS A300 on Nov 24, 2023 with much fanfare, as the latest version of its actinic EUV mask inspection machine. It replaces the A150 - announced in 2019 - as its flagship EUV inspection product. The most important “innovation” in the A300 is a “new” EUV light source which Lasertec calls “Urashima.” The second upgrade is that the A300 purports to be High NA-compatible, which refers to next generation EUV lithography with high numerical aperture (“NA”) for printing at higher resolution, density, and smaller size.",
