How often does it break down and need to be cleaned and whatever?” A: “For Ushio, we keep to a pretty regular one-month schedule in production.” Q: “Does that mean it needs to be taken offline and fixed, or the light source needs to be replaced?” A: “Yeah, it's got to be taken offline, and parts have to be replaced. In Hillsboro, they run the light sources dimmer so the light source can last about a month.
