AK Mineral's registration is revoked in Alaska but recent filings in Australia indicate that its registered office and principal place of business is 7 Sarah Crescent, Templestowe, Victoria, Australia. This is the same address for Kibush Capital Corp. which was run by Warren Sheppard. Mr. Sheppard is also a member of AK Minerals.",
