We believe new investors are not attuned to the dark history behind the Company that directly links the CEO to a web of SEC, BSCS and DOJ charged individuals. This directly calls into question the CEO’s judgement and fitness to serve investors. UEC is a company that has produced scant uranium in 20 years, has no intention to provide proven or probable resources, has spent almost nothing on PP&E, and diluted investors at 15% p.a. As a result, we believe its premium valuation is likely to contract going forward as expectations are too high and results are likely to disappoint.",
