Yet, the second largest shareholder at 18.5% was Isaiah Capital Trust which was for the benefit of Sandra Corin who required no Board seat which we find unusual. Later in 2008 for an SEC filing of Strategic American Oil Corp (OTCBB: SGCA), there was a shocking disclosure that Sandra Corin was in fact the sister of Director Alan Lindsay. As a best practice, we believe that UEC should have made a similar disclosure in its SEC filings.",
