      "text": "The MAUDE database cannot be used to infer the incidence of any particular complication. However, trends can be examined. In our series, we identified several interesting findings. Aquablation and WVTT had a higher proportion of reports representing clinically significant complications. The rates of reports of clinically significant complications did not change over the 4 year reporting period. Additionally, the clinically significant complications were not associated with device related malfunctions. Therefore, similar to findings associated with urolift, we suspect that the adverse events could be associated with surgical experience.24 While several other studies have evaluated the MAUDE database with BPH, this cohort is the first to include all transurethral options.25,26",
