"text": "SBSE segment financials have become less transparent and lower quality over time. Many SBSE metrics suggest a deterioration in services momentum and growth challenges. QuickBooks' international expansion efforts have disappointed. Intuit dramatically overpaid for both Credit Karma and Mailchimp. Mailchimp is losing share and lacks synergies with QuickBooks. Credit Karma revenue is of lower quality than other Intuit businesses and growth headwinds will make achieving even the downward-revised 10%-15% revenue growth goal difficult. Several of Intuit's bank (BaaS) partners have questionable management and operating histories that create risks for Intuit customers and shareholders. Intuit has shown little demonstrable benefit from its AI efforts. Intuit has a long and consistent track record of consumer-unfriendly behavior, particularly with TurboTax, that reflects poorly on the Company. Despite the massive uptake of TurboTax Live, the Consumer segment's growth profile has deteriorated. Intuit's reclassification of segment operating expenses to the corporate level has obfuscated the impacts of increasing labor costs from its Live offerings. Intuit's GAAP net income and CFO are overstated after applying our analytical adjustments. Many Intuit financial metrics compare unfavorably to peers. Intuit's term loan and float interest revenue, financial supplies/other, and ProTax revenue is dramatically overvalued at the current 11x multiple. Valuing each of Intuit's businesses at reasonable peer multiples implies significant downside risk. Valuing Intuit on adjusted free cash flow at reasonable peer multiples implies similar downside risk.",
